Mystic Enchant issue "Fingers of Death".

My "Fingers of Death" Legendary mystic enchant is not working. Nothing is proc'ing. When I look at my enchants on my hero tab the "Fingers of Death" enchant is blackened out. Is there currently a problem with this enchant? It's been working fine until this latest patch.
Update
Upon closer inspection I'm getting this error:
"you have the maximum number of rare worldforged mystic enchants applied".
This error message is weird. My Mystic enchant build has been working flawlessly for months until this latest patch. Did something change with this recent patch?Help Please
