I guess I miss the point of the new server

I was under the impression that 4 major changes were coming and were going to be tested on the new league 3 server.

1. Tanking Changes
2. Cross class critical & range talents and speed reducing spam ability talents (Fireball, Lightning Bolt...)
3. New abilities such as demon/undead pets, Earthquake, Smoke Bomb...
4. New enchants to support more cross class builds

Items one and two went live on the other servers. I think this was a missed opportunity to test the changes before impacting the other servers.
