[Inventory Management] Auto Destroy

Hey people,

Been running into constant inventory management problems,during levelling, or farming, looked around and found nothing that really fit the bill.

Closest I could find was Auto Destroy by Torven99, but sadly level based autodestroy wasn't working properly for me due to running ElvUI.

Decided to take a look myself and update it to work properly for people running any form of tooltip modification UI, as well as change how it's doing some stuff.

Still want to do some tweaking to change how it's doing stuff (Such as the fact it's still reading the tooltip to get the required level rather than using item info) but by-and-large it now works for me, and from talking with people, others would find it useful.

Thus far I've ran into no issues with my usage of it, but obviously be aware that Ascension runs quite a few custom items, but I don't expect it'll run into any issues, but just remember this is a plugin that is going to be deleting items, and it does so without any form of warning. It will however log to your chat what it has destroyed.

UI should be self explanatory, it'll online delete items that it has detected you to have picked up since entering the specified zone, and enabled the plugin.

Sliders to set the threshold of quality, input box for level to delete below, always delete chunk, and an always destroy list you can populate by ALT-clicking an item.

Again to reiterate the majority of this functionality comes from Torven, and I've just performed a few tweaks to get it working more consistently and add junk deletion.
