Getting this message trying to create a new character or Thrall.
Also, your invite to the Discord group is expired. Make sure you select "permanent", creating a new one.
Also, Area-52 is often offline, is this how it supposed to be?

@reaper14 A52 is now preparing for a big update regarding the new RE system so that by 11.8. it was without problems.
It is possible that because of the update, the creation of new characters is blocked, but I am not sure about that.
