Healers nerfed?

I was really REALLY enjoying being a healer...until I went into a dungeon and realized I couldn't keep the tank alive unless I just dumped my mana dry and used almost all my mana regains. Even when the tank was pulling slow...it felt horrible to heal. I worked so hard to get a working healer going only to play today and realize how useless I am now. Mana use is insane now, and even with good gear it feels silly to play a healer. I don't know what I did wrong or who I pissed off, but I really hate these changes. I knew right off the bat something was wrong when the tank died twice and i couldn't keep the party alive... is there a meta healer I need to play because blessing of the divines doesn't do anything now. I'm going full dps now, I feel bad for those who are healers.
