bug ?

I don't know if it's a bug or what, but the Shuriken Toss ability reduces damage when I die by -50% permanently and that's quite a problem when I try to make a [Bundle of Shurikens] build
1x in the pvp world and 1x in BG and from 2.5k crit it dropped to 1.2k crit and then (after BG) to 600 crit and I still have the same boosts and I test it on the same dummies

I still don't know if it should be like ranged or melee RE because it only works with melee finishing moves but not with Meditate, Recuperate, Deadly Throw and moreAnd in addition, 1 stack of Hidden Shuriken will not hit the second target (or there is a 15% chance that it will hit)
And I thought that I would finally be able to make some kind of build that would use energy and I wouldn't have to use the Sinister Strike, which is probably one of the most abused skills for a bunch of REs (as if someone has a bias for this skill
