Quest companion

Hi I'm new here and whilst leveling in a dungeon another player had a companion that gave us all the relevant quests for the dungeon we were in. I can't seem to find any info on what it is.

I was looking to donate to ascension and was wondering if I could buy this item?

The item you are referring to is the wondrous wisdomball, you can find it in the convenience category. But its kinda expensive, and you level so fast by just doing dungeons it's not really worth it. The XP you would get is equivalent to a couple extra queue's. Then you hit 70 in a week and it's useless. #FYI That said if you feel like donating the same amount of money could get you a number of other useful items like extra spec's n such.
