Shield of Righteousness: Echoes of Righteousness

I've made a few RE's that got passed up previously, but I've dialed it in and would like some input.
This one might be a bit much, but Prot Pally's need something to help our mitigation. And something that's sorely lacking an RE for the Prot Pally kit is Shield of Righteousness.
May I present:
Echoes of Righteousness
- Augments your Shield of Righteousness with radiant light dealing pulses of Holy Damage in a cone in front of the player
- Augments the player's Block Value, increasing the amount they're able to block for a brief period
The goal of this ERE is to provide additional threat for lesser geared Tanks, while providing solid mitigation to assist with the lack of Block Value increasing talents currently accessible to Protection Paladins.
