      Rework older legendary REs into epics and adjust scaling. Examples:

      • By Fire be Purged - changed to Epic.
      • Eldritch Knight - changed to Epic, 1 second internal cooldown.
      • Overheating - changed to Epic, remove weapon damage scaling and implement proper attack power/spellpower scaling.
      • Holy Supernova - changed to Epic.
      • Benevolent Crusader - changed to Epic, remove the line "that does not overheal". Make it work with Atonement and Holy Radiance, but stacks can only be gained on a 1 second internal cooldown.
      • Battlemage - changed to Epic.
      • Plague Bearer - changed to Epic. Rework to let Maul apply Rabies, which deals nature damage over time and increases the damage of consecutive Mauls by 5%.
      • Zany Zealot/Eccentric Elementalist/Crazy Cultist etc: standardized to one Epic RE - Wild Magic: Every 10 seconds, your next damaging spell with a cast time launches a copy of itself, for 50% of the damage of the original spell. This damage cannot critically strike or proc effects. If the spell is channeled or a damage over time effect, this RE instead applies Chaotic Magic, a debuff that deals chromatic damage (highest modifier) over 5 seconds and increases the damage of your spells by 3%.
      • Spell Slinger/Harbinger of Flame/Deathbringer etc: standardized to one Epic RE - Archmage: Every 10 seconds, your next damaging spell with a cast time triggers the Clearcasting effect and afflicts your target with Elemental Echo: a debuff that deals 10% of the damage of your original spell over 5 seconds. This damage can critically strike and scales with your highest spell critical chance modifiers.
      • Soul Bender: changed to Epic. All direct shadow damage spell casts now accumulate Soul Energy, up to 5 (1 second internal cooldown). Using Shadowburn with 5 stacks of Soul Energy guarantees a critical strike and increases your shadow damage dealt by 5% for 10 seconds.
      • Ice Barrage: changed to Epic, does not work with Frostbolts made instant by Maelstrom Weapon and decreases frost damage done to players by 15% while equipped.
      • Shadow Visions: changed to Epic. Soul Fragments stack to 6, for 1% haste. Reaching 6 stacks causes your next Mind Blast to give you Shadow Visions, a buff that increases your Shadow damage dealt by 3% for 8 seconds.
      • Mending Tide: changed to Epic. Your Riptides are no longer consumed by Chain Heal, but increases the cooldown of Riptide to 8 seconds.
      • Wild Felfire: changed to Epic. Spell haste stacks changed to a max of 5. Increases Chaos Bolt's critical strike by 5%, no longer dispels.
      • Divine Purpose: changed to Epic.
      • Warcry: changed to Epic. Cooldown lowered to 1 minute.
      • Whispers of the Old Gods: changed to Epic. Tentacles removed altogether, the buff now triggers from Shadow Word: Pain's periodic critical strikes.
      • Blessing of the Divines: changed to Epic. The effects now scale with holy or nature modifiers and with your healing power. Each effect now has a separate 5 second internal cooldown, but the chance to proc them is increased to 15% per heal, doubled on critical strikes.
      • Overloaded Froststorm: changed to Epic. Number of stacks changed to maximum 5, with a 1.5 second internal cooldown between gaining stacks. The Overloaded Froststorm effect is now a single target DoT that lasts 8 seconds, scaling with the highest of Nature or Frost modifiers and increasing your spell haste by 5% for 8 seconds.
      • Astral Tempest: changed to Epic. Number of stacks changed to maximum 5, with a 1.5 second internal cooldown between gaining stacks. The Astral Tempest is now a single target DoT that lasts 8 seconds, scaling with the highest of Arcane or Nature modifiers and increasing your spell damage by 5% for 8 seconds.
      • Battle Fervor: changed to Epic. Stance requirement removed.

        • By Fire be Purged - changed to Epic. (good in legendary have low use in epic can be use more)
        • Eldritch Knight - changed to Epic, 1 second internal cooldown. (good too and CD for balance)
        • Overheating - changed to Epic, remove weapon damage scaling and implement proper attack power/spellpower scaling. (good too for melee fire dps (mabie tank with templar of flame RE))
        • Holy Supernova - changed to Epic.(100% good healer now can aoe cleanse)(mabie delete knock back effect and get like 30 sec CD)
        • Benevolent Crusader - changed to Epic, and for me i change to your holy heal critical give your next nature/fire/frost heal +5% heal power and your nature critical heal give your next holy /fire/frost heal +5% heal power can stack 5 times (+25% more heal for next heal) (i change it only becose right now holy specialization talen have capstone +- same like this RE effect)
        • Battlemage - changed to Epic. (good )
        • Plague Bearer - changed to Epic. Rework to let Maul apply Rabies, which deals nature damage over time and increases the damage of consecutive Mauls by 5%. (good too almost no1 like this RE i think 😄 )
        • Zany Zealot/Eccentric Elementalist/Crazy Cultist etc: for me i only change this in to epic and no make any changes becose i like this random effects and your 10 sec CD use your skill with 50% damage and can not crit and use any proc effect 😞 (it will be almost same like frost lich legendary RE now (9 sec cd for 1 target damage effect)and you will need some addon that will tell you when you can use good skill for make 150% damage like fire mage use every 10 sec his insta pyroblast hmm sorry no insta 😞 )
          • Crazy Cultist no use Fear in epic
          • Zany Zealot no use psychic scream in epic
          • wacky wizardry no use polymorph in epic
        • Spell Slinger/Harbinger of Flame/Deathbringer etc: your change is no bad here but with your change i think will this be use only with blizzard/rain of fire ....(aoe damage skills) and for me i again only change to epic RE and no other change
        • Soul Bender: changed to Epic (i no know why you change heal RE to dps RE 😞 ) for what i think can be good is : - your drain soul have 100% chance to accumulate Soul Energy up to 20 max (+- like combo points more = better) and orher shadow channeled skills (drain life, drain mana, mind flay) have 50% chance to accumulate Soul Energy and Using Shadowburn and shadow word: death heal all friendly target in 30 yards around you (heal will be +- with 10% your shadow SP per 1 Soul Energy)(with me changes it will be mabie be in legendary RE)
        • Ice Barrage: changed to Epic, does not work with Frostbolts made instant by Maelstrom Weapon and decreases frost damage done to players by 15% while equipped. (good 100%)
        • Shadow Visions: changed to Epic (no sorry but i no like it becose your change will make twilight paragon RE only legendary RE for mind flay + twilight paragon will be op now)
        • Mending Tide: changed to Epic. Your Riptides are no longer consumed by Chain Heal, but increases the cooldown of Riptide to 8 seconds. (no bad) + make more power for this every time target with your riptide get heal with chain heal get +2 sec for riptide effect (no longer make aoe heal)
        • Wild Felfire i will no change this RE
        • Divine Purpose: changed to Epic. (good 100%) but for more balance no more +75% but only 40%
        • Warcry: changed to Epic. Cooldown lowered to 1 minute. (good 100%) (+ new Rare RE shouting first line with this RE all bonus effect from battle shout get + 2 sec time (need be use with Warcry RE and Battle Fervor RE +6 sec max for this effects))
        • Whispers of the Old Gods: changed to Epic. Tentacles removed altogether, the buff now triggers from Shadow Word: Pain's periodic critical strikes.(for me i no change this RE i like have it in legendary but Shadow Word: Pain's periodic critical strikes have chance 35% spread from affected target in 8 yard range(i tihnk will be more worth for legendary RE)
        • Blessing of the Divines: changed to Epic. The effects now scale with holy or nature modifiers and with your healing power. Each effect now has a separate 5 second internal cooldown, but the chance to proc them is increased to 15% per heal, doubled on critical strikes. (sorry i like this RE 😄 only in legendary RE it is true too low chance to proc any effect and with your change i mabe will hate this 5 sec CD 😄 (i all time hate CD on chance effects 😄 ))
        • Overloaded Froststorm: (for me i no change this RE)(mabie less stacks)
        • Astral Tempest: (for me i no change this RE)(mabie less stacks)
        • Battle Fervor: changed to Epic. Stance requirement removed. (can be good even with me new RE i write up)
