Nothing in google found, also not able to see realm status.
So i suspect server down.

Found way to open;
Open file ascension.exe in your files, NOT the ascension launcher.exe

about an hour ago I was in there and they went down for an update for rarities whatever that means and upon restart no characters are able to load of any race or class or anything so account login is fine but loading any toons forget it it 's still down now who knows how long it might BE down
