      Hi guys, ladies and everything in between,

      I have been playing since almost the beginning of Ascension and I always quit cuz doing raids and dungs isn't enough for me. I need to feed my creativity somewhere and Ascension free build system is an excellent choice but it always burns me out.

      I think housing could solve this problem and bring different kinds of players to the server, therefore more money. Imagine if there was another feature that Blizzard wasn't able to do.

      First ever WoW housing I’ve experienced was when on private servers GM (game master) built our guild house. Then later when I was playing on GM server where I built houses for fun. All was done through commands and IDs, where objects spawn inside you. But I think it could be done through “cosmetic/vanity items” which could either spawn inside you or in front of you.

      Placing items in higher places could be solved by some anti gravity device/pack (engineering/enchanting) that would allow levitating only in the housing areas.

      Speaking of housing areas it would be probably best to use a phasing mechanic in the open world because instances reset. I would let players have max 1-2 land areas and guilds max 1 which they can buy through gold, real money or other means. Also I know it would be easier to have like only 1 or 2 locations that you can buy but I advise to have multiple. Either places between zone borders with GM barriers or non important towns (Dun Modr, Pyrewood Village, Stonetalon Peak, Sun Rock Retreat, Shadowprey Village, Nijel's Point).

      Objects could be obtained in in-game shop, professions, quests, drops. Objects include house models.

      If I remember correctly server lag issues should only occur when you let people spawn NPCs.

      This is just some brainstorming I did today :^) so what's your guys opinion? I am not getting my hopes up lol.
