Could Primal Nether be account bound instead of soulbound?

Because the production of things (for example, Hammer of Righteous Might is quite demanding and there is no bonus for it like it was in the lvl 1-60 content where you got random stats from the manufactured things as a bonus) and this also means that these professions are somewhat negligible and no one uses them much except those pvp enchants.
And if Nether Vortex were also Acound bound, people who like crafting things would also welcome it.
