Problems with items and their stats?

new NPC character - Hephaistos (legendary blacksmith)
Hephaestus coins would drop from the Raid boss, for which the player could then buy an item that would change the stats to other ones. (they could also be bought for the mark of ascension)
This item could be used a maximum of 2x per 1 item
This item would convert 100% of a given state to 100% of another state
This would make it possible to better adapt the items according to the players' requirements to what they need in the build (for example, now Dark Apotheosis needs leather/robe with INT + STAMINA + DODGE (I searched here and somehow I didn't find many))
for example:
dodge stone from spirit = would change 100% spirit to the same amount of dodge rating
dodge stone from parry = would change 100% of parry to the same amount of dodge rating
and so on
(therefore, to make it more balanced, the only thing that could not be rebuilt would be SP and AP, because if it were possible, everyone would transfer the less necessary stats to SP/AP (glass cannon))As a result, you could also make it from a Dodge stone from spirit + a spirit stone from stamina = this combination would take away your Stamina and Spirit and would only give you a Dodge rating in the sum of those two stats (but I don't know who would do it like that )
(one more note, tanks now also need a higher hit rate and that is not much in tank items, so I would also be in favor of these conversion stones (runes) being 50% and not just 100%)
