Epic RE: Lightfountain

The Lightfountain! A basic ERE that attempts to make Lightwell useful by having it function like a healing totem instead of a clickable prop. While I'm not trying to advocate to AFK healing, I find that it is a waste of Lightwell's potential simply due to a lack of convenience.
Mechanically, I imagine it works like a Fire Nova Totem, but it targets allies instead, pulsing every 6 sec. Then if the nova comes into contact with any friend target, potentially multiple in one pulse, blessing them all and then removes Lightwell charges according to how many were blessed.
The reason it should pulse every 6 sec. is because the Lightwell effect lasts 6 seconds, so it would be possible to sustain the HoT while the Lightfountain is up.
It would get even better if coupled with the Manawell ERE.I'd love to hear any thoughts or suggestions about it, so don't hold back.

@LuchiousCaine LOVE IT! No one really specs for Lightwell. I've played the game two years now and done a ton of raids and dungeons...have not seen a single lightwell. I remember on retail that even when you dropped the lightwell, no one clicked on it. Your spin on it is great and solves most of the fundamental flaws in it's current iteration. Bravo!
