Idea of a legendary for : chain heal

Hello,

Appreciating very much the shaman's "chain heal" spell I don't see much gameplay featuring it, I'd like to suggest a new enchantment that would revolve around it.

I've been thinking about a legendary that would directly increase the spell itself by applying T2 and T2.5 bonuses, i.e. an increase of 30% in bouncing heals and a reduction of 0.4sec in cast.
In addition we can imagine that the chain heal applies the HOT nature of the primary target to the target affected by the bounces and/or an increase in the number of secondary targets by 1/2

I'm aware that all this cumulating can make the spell totally abused but I find the idea funny
