Two questions: Brilliance Aura & Demonic Mind

How do you acquire Brilliance Aura? I've seen people with it but I'm unfamiliar with where it comes from. Can't find it in mage skills, which is where I assume it would be and it's also not in arcane talents, though it's improved by the Mind Mastery talent.
2nd question is, is Demonic Mind's 5% spell crit bonus doubled by the warlocks Demonic Aegis talent? It would make sense as Demonic Mind's root skill is Demon Skin/Armor.

@Ragekrono Brilliance Aura is the top row middle column of Arcane Mage.
Second question, no it will not. Check out Locust Ranger how it explicitly says the new ability will scale. Since Demonic Mind does not have this language it will not be impacted by talents or abilities that improve the original version.

I'm also struggling to find Brilliance Aura. The top row of Arcane Mage talents are Alacrity, Magic Absorption, and Arcane Meditation. Rage is right about the Mind Mastery talent improving it so it's gotta be in there somewhere. Any ideas?

@DungeonAster Brilliance Aura is only on Al'ar server right now and it is in arcane skills (no talent)
