2. How often to they become available?
3. Are they found on the general Bazaar page or are they only obtained by (100% not gambling) via the Ethereal Box of Wares?

@devs I suggest making a bazaar store subpage attached to the store on the website with the current cycle of available pieces. And maybe a calendar for the coming cycle?

I saw them on the trader in Stormwind today. Took a screenshot and tossed it in my guilds Discord. I don't recall the price and I'm at work currently though sorry.
