Level 70 Ironman - no mount

I completed the ironman challenge to level 70. I received the achievement. I did not receive the Ironclad war wolf in the mail, it was not linked to the achievement. It does not show up in vanity, or mounts or my bag. It also was not in the rewards chest granted at 70. I did not receive it at level 60 either. I checked all my other characters they also don't see it in vanity or mounts. Is this no longer a reward? I submitted a ticket. I have gone to stony but not converted out of ironman, do i need to? He had no option for reward only the option to leave ironman.
