Meeting/Event for Halloween, outside of Karazhan building ?

Hello. It would be cool to create a big Halloween event with a meeting the night of October 30th (it's a Sunday)

The perfect place i believe would be outside of the Karazhan building.

Or maybe that you have better idea ? Westfall, Duskwood, Elwynn, Plaguelands ?

What do you think ? If its possible please show the event in the calendar
