Do we ever get GM responses in here or are we just spinning our wheels?

Have bought several heirlooms with DP and they are weaker then random drop green items. They do not appear to scale correctly.
The heirlooms you were previously able to get in game were actually useful. Unfortunately the ones bought with real $ are not.
Please help with these.

Before the change purchasing heirlooms scaled so the were actually useful.

Has anyone one else tried a comparison between the DP heirlooms compared to the old heirlooms purchased in game (before the marks used to buy them has changed)? In comparison the new DP heirlooms are considerably weaker then their same level greens and are on par with items 5-10 levels lower.
I would like to purchase the sets of these but it doesn't seem worth it until they are adjusted.

No issues in open world but I continually hard crash in Manastorms. Clear Cache, repair client, nothing has helped. This isa new one for me and it has donr it for 2 days now.

It would be very helpful if there was even a slight variation in AOE color between group or enemy effects.
As it is currently, a tank is not sure if he is pulling a mob out of a helpful AOE (Consecration, Rain or fire, Ice Storm etc) , or the same spell that is killing the group.
Even a slight difference so we can tell if it is beneficial or dangerous would be GREAT!
