I'm kinda surprised that "Personal" loot isn't a thing since nothing pre-raid is soul-bound. Had at least 2 runs in the past few days where there was someone just "Need" rolling every single item. Are there any plans to introduce a system to make it where such behavior is impossible, much less rewarded?
