What have you guys done? I had so much fun playing my previous build. You guys have now completely destroyed it. Being confined in what you can pick is not fun. You are bringing back elements of WoW that players left Ascension for in the first place.

Consider starting a free pick server
Ascension's recent decision to remove the free pick aspect of the game has sparked frustration among many players. The free pick feature allowed players to choose any combination of abilities and talents, which was a unique and exciting aspect of the game. Many players enjoyed the freedom to experiment with different builds and playstyles, and the removal of this feature has left them disappointed.
To address this issue, creating a separate server that still has the free pick aspect of the game could be a solution. This server could be paid for by asking players to pay a small subscription fee, which would cover the server costs and any development work needed. This would ensure that players who enjoy the free pick feature can continue to enjoy it, without compromising the integrity of the main server. I would gladly pay a small fee to have the old A52.
Of course, there would need to be some compromises in this scenario. For example, the new server may not support PvE content, or it may have limited resources compared to the main server. However, these are relatively minor issues compared to the benefits of having a server that caters specifically to the free pick community. Ultimately, this solution would provide an opportunity for players to continue enjoying the unique features of Ascension WoW, while also supporting the developers and the game's continued growth.
