It was maybe two months ago this used to work but now it seems this has been changed. Given that you must have have righteous furry, can not have crit block, or tactical mastery, and it is very reduced in PVP. Was it really necisary to eliminate? I m not sure but I belive you must have STR as primary stat as well and the only applicability seems if you have a tank, not in a group, in PVE? I am not sure if the nurf was necessary and it was at least a reason to take a dragon, and now possibly an elemental since they also have heals.

Both the CC and HS have the shield requirement in "RED" despite the fact that I have a shield equipped. I have unequipped and reequipped all of the related gear and RE, unlearned and relearned the abilities and TG and changed to a 1h weapon and could not get the CC or HS to register that I had a shield equipped. ( not sure why but bug tracker says I need to verify my email but does not give me any way to do it, I am logged in so unsure> )

Sorry bug tracker would not let me post. Is anyone ells having this issue since the hot fix, I did all of the unequip reequip, unlearn relearn. log of and on usual fixes but nothing works. BTW bug tracker asked me to verify my email while I was logged in and without anyway I could see to do so ?
