LRE: Low Tide Suggestion
I think it would be better if this LRE rather than 60% chance to spread Riptide on Healing Wave Crits, it gives a stack of Low Tide. After 3x stacks of Low Tide your next Riptide spreads to those around the target.
I mainly heal with this LRE and I really love it, however the most frustrating aspect is that the AoE heal is reliant on RNG, It would be a lot more reliable if I had control over that aspect.
In mythic+ there are moments when only the tank is getting slapped, and then there are times when everything is getting spiked to death. Control over the AoE Riptide would be amazing.

High-Risk Zones
High Risk zones that drop high risk materials. Normal mobs should be elites, and there should be boss mobs that are Mythic Dungeon level boss mobs.
Rathter than losing equipment and gold when killed by other players you only lose high risk mats.

Some idea's for Steward of Eternity LRE
Divine Star; Aligning Star
- Fire a star in front of you, traveling 30yards, applying Align to all allies within 5 yards of its path.
After reaching its destination it will return to its original position, healing all allies in its path.
Halo; Manifest Time

A wave of temporal energy radiate from you as you manifest time, healing raid and party members up to 30yards away. Heals with greater effect the further away the target. Also refreshes the duration of any existing Align on targets.

Healing with Synchronize reduces the cooldown by 3s.
Prayer of Mending; Prayer of Eternity
- Place a beacon on a target that heals them the next time they take damage, then jumps to another raid or party member within 10 yards. Jumps up to 5 times and last 30 seconds. Each jump creates temporal distortions, and marks each target reducing incoming damage by 5% for 6 seconds.
Circle of Healing; Time Dilation
- Apply Time-bound to a target and up to 4 party or raid members within 15 yards. Creates large amounts of temporal distortion.
- Fire a star in front of you, traveling 30yards, applying Align to all allies within 5 yards of its path.

- Finishing move that applies bleed to targets, and renew to party members within 8 yards
Dispatch; Incision
- Finishing move that causes damage and increases healing per combo point. Does not consume combo points, increased healing is consumed by next combo point finisher.
Epic Mystic Enchant: Physician
- Converts Vampiric Embrace into Physician, causing your party members to be healed for 2% of any single-target rogue bleed or poison ability you deal.

Group High Risk Content
I wish there were zones filled with boss level mobs, zones like DarkWhisper Gorge or Tainted Scar.
The mobs drop tokens for cosmetic items and/or high risk mats. These mobs require a full party to tackle.
It be interesting to see different groups clash to compete for resources, Or maybe form a tentative alliance, or grief each other and spark some drama lol.

Time Bomb WRE
Amazing WRE for Arcane spell slingers, the Cool Down is way too long to make it a mainstay ability.
This should get the same treatment as Sweeping Strikes/Blade Flurry.
It would be great if there was an Epic Enchant that allowed arcane damage from certain spells such as Arcane Missile, Starfire, Arcane Blast that reduces the cooldown.

Mythic+ Tier Set
Can we get Tier sets for Mythic +, I hate raiding. Its kinda lame that in order to perform at highest level for the content I enjoy playing I need to do something I don't enjoy.

Underbog Tuning
Maybe I just need to "get good" but I feel like the final boss of Underbog is overtuned.
I just did a M+16 and man is it brutal. Is there anyway to address this fight, I can't be the only one who thinks the fight is poorly designed. It's less of a challenge and more of a "mission impossible" type.
First you have static shock which is simple enough, then you have Levitate which...okay a bit annoying but still within reason, lastly you have the adds, which are easy enough to kill. However when you combine all three it becomes an impossible task.
There were multiple times were I got Spark, immediately got levitated and on my way up got hit with multiple lightning bolts from adds only to die at the top from spark. Zero ability to control or avoid the mechanics. Just simply bad luck concerning mechanics. Frankly theres nothing fun about mechanics that can wipe your geared and exp group due to bad luck.
Anyone one else experience the same thing? And for those who don't find it difficult what's the secret, maybe I'm missing something with the mechanics.

Mythic + / Fractals
This is an idea I'm copying from Guild Wars 2's Fractal content.
In GW2 there are Fractals which is basically Mythic +. However GW2 Fractals have 4 Tiers 10 levels each.
The higher the Tier you climb the more Fractal Resistance you need to negate the negative debuffs. I think Mythic + should feature the same mechanics.
Right now if you want to be competent in high level Mythic + you need Heroic Gear from raids. This is fine, but for me personally I don't enjoy raiding. I think it would be better to give Mythic + Resistance to Mythic Gear for those who gear thru Mythics and upgrade those gears with Mythic Coins.
People who raid can still do high level Mythics w/ their Heroic gear, while those who only do Mythic + have a clear direction to work towards. We can select our gears from Mythic 0, then upgrade them as we climb the Mythic + Tiers.
