Legendary RE: Whispers from the North

The build focuses on a melee/spell power hybrid build. Could be nice as DPS, could also play well with a 2-H tank build (whether mana forged, pure parry, or what have you).

Made this given the certain time period and recent excitement of WotLK. And, the eventual Ascension drop of it....
Hail to the king, baby!

Each successful melee hit from an ability increases melee haste by 1%, stacking 10 times.

Each successful direct-damage shadow or frost spell increases spell power by 1% stacking 10 times.

Upon both modifiers reaching their 10th stack, Whispers from the North imbue the player's weapon, striking for massive shadow/frost damage and draining the essence from the targets soul.

If the target dies from a Whispers of the North 10th stack hit, a soul shard is created.

A single 2-handed weapon is required for this.

(Insert of fancy cool lore later, and 10th stack damage modifier later. Each stack would have an appropriate timer on them determining a realistic expiration of the stack).
