Static Cling Epic RE

Transforms your Lightning Shield into Static Cling, granting you an electrified absorb shield that deals nature damage to attackers. If the attackers are affected by your Unrelenting Storm Capstone, your Lightning Overload also has a chance to trigger from Static Cling, dealing bonus damage. The absorb shield rapidly decays over 3 seconds, but shields you for 35% of the damage dealt by Static Cling.
