Legendary RE: Dark Precision
-
Your Arcane Shot is transformed into Black Shot, dealing Shadow damage instead and increasing the damage of your Aimed Shot or Multi-Shot based on your Shadow spell damage. If cast while Black Arrow is active on your target, Black Shot applies Curse of Agony and Chimera Shot triggers Master Tactician (if learned).
Dealing critical hits with any Hunter ability on a target afflicted by Curse of Agony grants you a stack of Dark Precision, reducing the cooldown of Black Arrow by 1 second and increasing your Shadow spell damage by 20% of your Agility for 8 seconds, stacking up to 3 times. Upon reaching 3 stacks, you envelop in dark magic, consuming them and increasing the critical strike damage bonus of your Black Shot by 15% and your Shadow spell damage by 60% of your Agility for 10 seconds.
Killing an enemy afflicted by Black Arrow refreshes its cooldown and applies Curse of Agony to all enemies within 10 yards.

@Zentrix first I like the theme of you RE but I think that it is best to replace Curse of Agony with another DoT as you cannot have curse on multiple target .
But with corruption and nightfall, you can for example have free shadow bolt which can be synergic with you theme and maybe have auto shot able to trigger nightfall and replace chimera shot with shadow bolt as chimera is more nature than shadow. -
@LordCupcakes Curse of Agony can be on multiple targets you can not use multiple Curses on 1 enemy (like Curse of Agony + Curse of Elements on 1 target (but when you use talent amplify curse you can have multiple curses on 1 target))
(same like paladin bufs)

@WiliemDemon Didn't know
but still I think therr is more possibility with other shadow DoT as the curse is a slow burn that you don't want to constantly re apply as it damage ramp up will be reset. -
@LordCupcakes for Curse of Agony is only 1 legendary RE (Endless Agony) and i think this RE no1 use (i can be wrong) and for me i think every skill need +- 5 RE min (legendary and Epic ) for make more builds
-
@LordCupcakes yo! about your comment on reapplying CoA on the target, you cannot actually do it since the damage builds up as it reaches its full duration, which causes the game to complain that a more powerful spell is in effect. Which means you cannot refresh it. While i agree that it might not be the optimal choice since it does not benefit from spell haste, unlike SW:P or Devouring Plague, i thought it would be the best option themewise. Not a very good reason perhaps but i will keep on improving this RE. thanks for the feedback!

@WiliemDemon I agree that some spells need more RE and Curses in general are part of it
-
@Zentrix Theme is important , but like @WiliemDemon said maybe if we have more CoA RE this could be a good choice.
