Racial skins!

@DoubleDiamond there were dozens of options i couldnt think of all of them, but today i saw a player look like a fel orc, what was that?
-
I was going to edit my post to say that naga would make more sense for blood elves (what with the naga history of magic). Then, I thought maybe it would make more sense not to tie a cosmetic skin to certain races.
I would play a furbolg skin on top of a night elf because the racials make more sense that way to me, but if somebody wanted to play a furbolg skin on top of an undead (so their furbolg ate other humanoids), I wouldn't stop them.
-
@DoubleDiamond naga would be tied to night elves since naga became from night elves because of queen azshara scandal right?
-
@AceDefiant Yes, historically the naga came directly from night elves, I just figured the blood elf racials made more sense (Arcane Affinity, Arcane Torrent, Magic Resistance, Mana Tap) than the night elf racials (Nature Resistance, Wisp Spirit, Quickness, Shadowmeld).
-
@DoubleDiamond i think we should be connecting them with lore since gameplay doesnt make much sense and racials are a very small potion of it
-
@AceDefiant I would agree that racials are very small portion of the game, but there's some people who think otherwise. When I suggested offering exclusive races in the shop for DP with their own racial abilities, the immediate response was that would be giving someone unfair advantage for spending DP.
If you go by lore, however, the night elves of Darnassus have never -- and would never -- team up with naga, but the same is not true of the blood elves. They allied during WC3, so it would actually make more sense for a naga to be questing and friendly with blood elves than night elves, in my opinion.

@AceDefiant I have never seen a Broken Female tho...like did it just affect the dudes of lore? yikes...
-
@Mikachu there is art of it in hearthstone but thats all as far as I know
-
@DoubleDiamond i agree.

Sort of the same situation with furbolgs, ogres and gnolls. We know there are females, we just never get to see them in-game.
