Launcher is downloading the same data-packs (updates) again and again.

Well, it probably is not an issue from "outside"....but i really have no plan what to do.

After it happened the first few times, i was really annoyed and solved it somehow.
But after a while it started to happen again and again.....
So i started to use the game.exe to loggin and bypass the launcher.
Using it only for Updates every while.

Everytime, when i start the launcher, it has to do the whole update again. Sometimes, it wont let me loggin again after a crash, when the launcher is still running after i started the game.

So, i started to bypass the launcher and use the game.exe to loggin directly. I do use the launcher after a little while, to uptade the game/content.

like i did earlier today, what was an 12GB+ data pack. During the day, the servers went down for the merge, what was another 1.2GB update.

But the uptade, stopped (or froze) at 3.8MB left.
the only thing i could´va done, was to click on "stop", which, i thought shouldnt be that big of a problem, because the it said. "you can remain the download later".

the launcher reloaded.
i restarted the download....and...
AGAIN 12GB TO DOWNLOAD!

Seems it´s not able to safe changings.

Used the Launcher Repair-Tool right now.

It "Repaired" something (350-390MB),
but it didn´t solve my issue.
After the repair finished,
it started to download another (probably the same "update") almost 12GB.
