Hard Casting Spec in PVP

Hard Casting in pvp needs to be rewarded. Currently its absolute garbage. Casting a 2-3 sec spell were you have to stand still needs to be rewarded. Spells like Frostbolt and Shadowbolt are completely useless in pvp as classes like hoplite / defies will 2-3 shot you with instants before i can complete a cast. For example at lvl 60 with 1500 spell power my Disc of Arg / Missile procs hit a dummy for 2k each. That's after 3 full casts of Shadow Bolt all to hit a player for 120 each. It feels like you hate us!

@Titanborn Also Hard Casting has positional/range/pushback requirements the others do not. We currently have to spend 3 points to extend range, 3 points to eliminate pushback and take talents to kite or gain enough distance were we can stand still for 3-6 seconds to cast and not instantly die.
Melee takes charge and spends there points on extra damage.....Stevie Wonder could see its not balanced.
Just give us range or eliminate pushback and take your foot off our throats dps wise. Those classic spells need to do more than 120 damage at lvl 60 and you know it. Frost and Shadow need like a 20% buff at minimum to be even remotely viable in pvp. Currently the only playable Hard Casting ME in pvp is Holy Acention or Hydromancer when you cheese the mechanics with rank 1 frost bolts.
