Hello. Today I received an invitation by email. I installed PTR. I can't create a character.!

Hi! There has been an issue with the last wave of invites, can you try to create character in few hours? Should be fixed by then!

I see you have the access to both of the realms. Can you make sure you are trying to access them from a PTR client?
You can swap to PTR client via the dropdown above "PLAY" button of your launcher.
