Account suspending and i have no idea why, can't access page topic 408, telling me 'Access denied'

I have no idea why my account got this ban, or on what account this was received, but my main account can't access past the login message that says
'This Ascension account has been temporarily suspended. Please go to
Https:/fourm.ascension.gg/topic/408/appealing-bans-and-mutes for further information' .. I haven't logged in since like the 19th, i barely speak to people and have hardly even had an in game conversation with anyone, so i dont know why i was ban?
I am unable to open that link, because it tells me that forum page is "You seem to have stumbled upon a page that you do not have access to." when i try to open that page.
please let me know how i can restore my account.
