Wind rager weapon enchants..help!?!

So, i think i have a solid wind rager setup - however, i'm having problems with the weapons.
I just got blinkstrike (which i'm set on using) however, i dunno how i should enchant it as a melee dps.
I've been running crusader, and have my enchanting maxed, and some of the void assault/void flows etc..but again ..unsure..so my questions here..

What should i shoot for, I'm doing agility as main stat (fine with switching to strength if necessary),?
Would it be better to go for attack power (void assault) - Haste rating (void flows/overpowering flows) or straight up stats like strength or agility? I was thinking haste rating for more procs of windfury, however, ..unsure.
Random but - is there a better "heal on hit" than crusader (enchant or trinket)?
Altho i'm fine with blinkstrike (just spent 1300 gold to get it, dual wield all the way) - (using fists in the meantime..i like my multi hits, and want the sword bonus) - is there a better enchant you can recommend for me?

So basically, i'm going for death of 1000 tiny cuts (windfury/wind rager) anything recommended enchants/multi hit weapon wise appreciated, and thank you in advance.
