overpowered Wraiths in Bgs before 60

Hi i have recently been on a spate of testing out different builds through leveling in bgs plus i do enjoy this process for fun also . My gripe is that wraiths are doing way to much damage before 60 and casting way too fast also .As a player playing melee without a wraith or even a caster the player with the wraith is easily winning with the wraith at times soloing the opponent .Please can we address this as it is making pvp unbalanced and a tad boring .
