How do I recover my password?

I haven't played since July and I saw that a new season was about to start so I figured I'd come back and try to join the stress test.
I'm still saved on the launcher and on the website with my phone so I can access my account that way but when I tried to log in to the actual game I can't remember my password.
I don't see any kind of password recovery option and the "change password" prompt on the website requires me to know my old password, which I don't.
I sent an email to support about 20 minutes before the second stress test was supposed to start but have received no response.
Pretty bummed about missing out on the reward for the stress test but ultimately I just want to be able to log in and play the game.
Any help would be appreciated.

Now after trying to log in all day it says my account is closed.
I use a VoIP so I can't join the discord to use the ticket bot, what do I do here?
