This Epic Enchant is designed to help some 2H tanks feel more tanky and compete with Crimson and Bears. It will require you to Stormstrike.

The effect from Earth Shield you cast on yourself heals you for 5% of your total health.When the Static Shock capstone is triggered also add 3 charges to Earth Shield and Water Shield.
This effect is only active when wielding a single Two-Handed Weapon, (Does not work with Titan's Grip.)

Please reminds us of what Static Shock description is exactly (or post a link to it).
I also don't see any reason for self-casting earth shield to be two handed exclusive.
Maybe just buff two handed tank existing talents/enchants instead would fix your issue ?

@Heyso Stormstrike gives 3 orbs of lightning shield. Stormstrike would kick you out of bear form so it doesn't make too much sense. I would be fine with shield tanks getting it but they already have high survivability.
