To be honest there isn't much to say here.
Just release Blood Venom as it was intended the first place please. Of course there aren't much uses for it besides single target dps'ing but that is what assassination rogue stood for all the time. I just loved the simplicity behind your Idea and I hope you bring it live just how you imagined it in the beginning. Hemorrhage buff through bleeding effects and poison/nature buff through an applied poison with bloodthirst. it was simply a great freackn idea and after you first adjustment absolutely balanced. People were crying a lot that it was too weak and needed a rework, but it wasn't the Re that needed more work but their build.
Besides it needs the same time to Ramp up as other common builds (ToW, Pure Shadow etc)Thanks for your hard work guys i really appreciate your ideas.

Side Question:
Does the Internal Bleeding effect proc correctly with REs like Bloodbath (Rupture spreads Rend to up to 10 targets) and Blades of Blood (Whirlwind hits up to 9 targets and applies Rend to them following a Charge), i.e. all targets under Rend receive Internal Bleeding stacks?

the original design was 150% nature damage with 3 stacks of blood venom, internal bleeding didn‘t get changed. (blood venom nerf from 50-30% was a good choice though)
i tested the Re for arena purposes so i did switch targets and had multiple bleeding effects on more than one target. the internal bleeding stacks did increase passively without any problem. i figured that as long as you use the vanilla skill to apply the bleed effect the re internal bleeding will work. for exampel anything that would change the id of that „rend“ won‘t work.
